The quality of videos is horrendous where they are constantly freezing/buffering/glitching. One of the most frustrating experiences when you are trying to watch a live stream. I also cannot stand the constant parade of commercials that either randomly occur or play over and over before a live feed starts. It’s borderline insanity. Even with a paid subscription, the commercials are overwhelming. With all the technology out there CMH, do better!!!! Us equestrians are speaking up to venues & organizations like, WEC and USEF, to change their streaming service. There are much better ones out there.

Getting really sick and tired of this app! IT RARELY WORKS! For TWENTY DOLLARS A MONTH, it should not say “oops” constantly! Horse shows are nice to watch, but I’m thinking of canceling my subscription. It’s not really worth it very often and if asked, I would definitely not recommend clipmyhorse to anyone! Sorry to say! 😞

I get a “something went wrong” notification in the playback every few rounds and have to force quit.

I’ve had a subscription for a year now and this past week I haven’t been able to watch anything because the competitions freeze. I’m still waiting for an answer from tech-support.

Will start buffering and glitching and then give you random 30 second ads that always seem to happen right when the thing you want to watch is on. I missed the whole first half of one of my friends rounds because of a long ad.

The app has been great but when you click to watch any of the videos/watch live it kicks you from the app other wise 5/5 stars

It is a great platform in theory, but does not always work well.

I tried this app hoping it would be free with ads instead i wasn’t even able to sign in unless i payed. I just wanted to watch my friends show now i can’t because this app doesn’t work.

After being out of the horse world for several years this was a great fid. I have had issues with the streaming going down ar times, but I still think it gives me some good insight into what is happening in the horse world right now.

You have to pay $180 use the app. What a load of crap.

Using the Apple TV app, the streaming stutters often (I have 1Gig internet). You can’t tell which language version is which because they’re in labeled. It’s pretty unacceptable in this age to have stuttering streaming. Wish the FEI competitions were hosted with someone else.

Couldn’t watch a single live stream because it was either buffering or freezing. It even caused my phone to crash. I tried to watch on their website and on the app neither worked. Hopefully they will give me a refund for my membership and can work on updating their system.

Most of the classes I try to watch buffet and buffer. Terrible business practices of a mandatory year subscription, even when it charges monthly. Very disappointing to have to spend money on something you don’t use, because the videos buffer more than it plays, unless you’re on really good wifi. Would not recommend unless you’re ok with throwing $ away

I signed up with FEI Tv right before the pandemic hit. I got about 2 months of use out of the annual $99 fee I paid. They did refund 24.95 which was very nice, however, then they got bought out or merged with ClipMyHorse and it’s been downhill since then. I am now paying DOUBLE what I was before, and for bad quality and a lot of shows that I could watch in person for free. I was so excited for the European Championships. I figured well almost $200 USD at least I can watch that competition. WRONG! Day 1 had FIVE bad spots where it would get to and stop, buffer, and get stuck. I had to miss about 5-6 rounds to get past the bad spots by coming all the way back in and skipping a few mins ahead of the time it freezes. I figured maybe a glitch right? NOPE, today Day 2 and I can’t even get the competition part 1 past 24 seconds without it freezing and skipping ahead isn’t even working. If I’m paying that much money I expect the app/site to work and be good quality. I wish FEI had not sold out. I loved their platform and quality was top notch for half the price. I would not recommend paying for a subscription

Complete rip off and scam. Over priced for subpar videos and buffering. Was supposed to be charged for monthly subscription and was just charged for a year. No one will return emails.

My password does not work and the app is a dead end circle.

I love this app I use it regularly to watch horse shows in Europe and here in USA. I really enjoyed the Stallion presentations by the the big breeding stations, a great way to learn about your horse’s pedigree.

The Apple TV app asks me to login with my username and password almost every time I go to view live events. It’s very time consuming to input this and very annoying they don’t retain that info. Please fix this bug!!!

My FEI app doesn’t work, neither does this one with my log in. It keeps saying you need a premium account to log in, which I already had with FEI but then it gives no link to anywhere to fix anything. I am going to call my credit card to report.

I don’t think it’s worth it. Fei tv is better, and is actually in English. I cancelled my membership before the free month was over. Today I saw they took out money for a monthly subscription. There is a no number to call. You have to email back, and forth with this Anna de Whitt. Who is extremely rude, and it’s hard to understand what she’s saying. She first told me I wasn’t going to get a refund. Because I already got a refund once. Which wasn’t true. Then she said it was my fault because I created two accounts. Which is true. Only because the first one was saying the login info wasn’t valid. Apparently she said I didn’t write my email right in signing up for the site. Which led me to the question. If it wasn’t right then how did the membership go through? You need a valid email to validate the membership. Anyway. They finally say they’re going to refund my money after I told them I would be notifying my bank to block payment, and alert them of the scam. I haven’t received it yet. So we will see.

Be careful about giving them your credit card info, as you won’t be able to delete it later. Want the “monthly” option? You just signed up for an annual run of 12 monthly payments. Want to cancel? Sure, but they will still keep billing you. And to quote their customer service: “What don’t you understand?”

Still can’t get it to start on iPad, great on computer

Impossible to figure out! Every attempt to watch gets an error message- all it seems to want is my CC info and no assurance that it will work.

You cannot see anything without premium membership. When you go to the settings page to register there are NO instructions. The only message I get is "credentials no good." How to solve this problem? Delete this app. Please fix this soon!

I cannot find how to get or what the cost is to get the premium version Without that it is impossible to watch anything. Hence not very helpful app.

Wonderful App! Beautiful, clear footage. It is like being there, but I'm holding the show in my hands. This is incredible, and it is FREE! The announcer will speak the local language of the show you are watching, so it is best if you are able to enjoy watching the performances and do not need to rely on the commentator. However, for horse enthusiasts, this is an incredible app, it is free, and it takes very little space on your device.

Good quality video and great horses jumping. Nice app!
